The Sedona Gallery Association represents the collaborative efforts of the premiere galleries in Sedona to ensure that art lovers and artist alike experience the best art environment imaginable. By working together to support special art events and encourage strict ethical business practices the association continues to cultivate the visual arts and cultural life of Sedona. Honshin's art and poetry are the result of his experience with and continual study of Eastern spiritual practice, Christianity, Tibetan Buddhism, Zen Buddhism and the Meso-American cultures.  Honshin's work is an amalgamation of healing practices & their symbols as found in spirituality & science - resulting in a fusion of the ancient with the modern, portryaing the natural harmony of the beliefs and practices of east and west. His work represents the transformation of perennial philosophies & symbols into the modern images of the transcendent experience.

"The purpose of my artwork is to demonstrate symbolically through color , light and form - the consciusness of all things and the beauty of the universe.  My prayer is that my art and poetry will help ease the suffering of our world with a moment of beauty and peace."  Honshin.
